1.Overall product: The Zero Degree Master series products come with a 3-year warranty service.
2.Other hardware damage caused by product defects: For hardware damage other than the product itself due to product quality issues, such as leakage, a three-year compensation for damage will be provided.
3.Users can choose between two compensation methods.
(1)Compensation based on the physical model of the hardware itself: In the case where the damaged hardware has not been withdrawn from the market, after the damaged hardware is returned to the factory for appraisal, our company will purchase the same damaged hardware and compensate the user. When the damaged hardware is withdrawn from the market due to replacement and cannot be purchased, the relevant compensation will be made based on the amount of the hardware.
(2)Compensation based on amount: In the first year, the full purchase amount of the hardware for the customer will be compensated. In the second year, 85% of the purchase amount will be compensated based on the loss. In the third year, 65% of the purchase amount will be compensated based on the loss. This includes damage to other components caused by product leakage, as well as hardware burnout and corrosion resulting from leakage of water-cooled products. When returning to the factory, you need to provide the invoices or relevant documents from the purchase of water-cooled products, damaged hardware, and related products to prove their value at the time of purchase. After the products are returned to the factory and quickly appraised by the after-sales department, compensation will be made.
